The Piney Creek Pedestrian Bridge project is nearing design completion. Goodman Metropolitan District has applied for an Arapahoe County Open Space Grant to support construction costs, with grant awards anticipated in August 2026.  Upon successful Grant award construction is anticipated to start in Spring of 2027. The pedestrian bridge will provide a critical connection between the east and west segments of the Piney Creek Regional Trail across Piney Creek.
